All sales are final. I can not accept returned products that have been removed from their packaging (as I can not be sure that they are unused). However, if there is a fault with your product, I will do what I can to get it repaired, replaced, or refunded.
While I will make every effort to ensure that your order gets to you safely, parcels do sometimes go missing in the post. Please let me know if your order does not arrive in a reasonable time for your shipping method. Allow about 3 days for standard post and up to 2 business days for courier, from date sent (I may put a note in the comments advising that it is being sent in the morning - in this case, take the date as the following day). Signature required courier is usually the safest option for delivery.
Orders will only be dipatched after complete payment has cleared. This may mean a number of days if paying by bank deposit, and at least a week if paying by cheque. Credit card and Paypal payments are the fastest option.
Layby terms
The period of layby is 6 weeks unless a longer term has been agreed to in advance. A nonrefundable 10% deposit is required to secure your order. This must be paid at the time of ordering. If your deposit has not been received within 1 week of the layby starting, your order will be cancelled and you may be denied the layby option in the future. No minimum order applies. If you have not completed paying for your order at the end of 6 weeks (and a longer term has not been agreed upon), the products will be returned to stock and you will be issues a credit note for any payments made, minus the deposit.
If, after commencing the layby, you are unable to pay within 6 weeks and wish to extend the layby term, please contact me. However, there may be a small fee to extend the layby term. |
